To cancel Call Forward: Press Forward. LCD arrow is off. Last Number Redial: To redial the last number: Lift the handset. Press the DN key your extension number twice.

The last number is automatically redialed. The person can now join in by pressing the flashing extension key. Speed Call: Select a free extension. Press Speed Call. Dial the speed call code.

Enter a one, two or three digit code to represent the number. Dial the phone number. Press Speed Call again. To change a number, dial a new number in step three. System Speed Call: Lift the handset and select a free extension.

Press Sys Speed or dial Dial a one, two or three digit code to represent the number. Press Sys Speed again. To change a number, dial a new number in step six.

Transfer: To transfer an answered call: Press Transfer. The other party is on Hold and you hear dial tone. Dial the number you want to transfer the call to. Press Transfer again, either when you hear ringing, or after you talk privately to the person you are transferring the call to.

Note: If you wish to cancel an incomplete transfer or if you make a mistake while dialing, press the key beside the fast flashing indicator to return to the call. Volume control: Adjust the volume on your phone using the volume control key.
