The game reserve itself is so vast with such diverse terrain and animals. We were fortune enough to see lions, elephants, rhinos, Cape buffalo, cheetahs and the one leopard they have along with many others. The guides were superb with their knowledge and ability to find the animals of most interest. The schedule for the day is great and the staff were so helpful and looked after us. Very high levels of service in a beautiful setting. Extremely knowledgeable rangers who explain all the wildlife not just the big 5.

The game drives were amazing with Obert who knew everything about each animal we saw, and it was a privilege to have a chat with Bill and Rose in the pub! Thanks so much for making our stay so wonderful! Our rangers were excellent, the food was also amazing. Really enjoyed meeting Bill and Rose and found Bill's stories very interesting.

Rogan gave us 2 great safaris seeing cheetah,lion,elephant amongst many other animals. The food was lovely and the bedrooms were all individually spacious in a quirky boutique style. This gave a great impersonal atmosphere. The game drives were everything I hoped for, our guide Rogan did an amazing job in locating the animals and made a mean gin and tonic on the afternoon safaris. I would highly recommend Leeuwenbosch Country House to anyone who wishes to experience amazing game drives.
