I can't find a way to shut the damn thing off. In the older version it is listed but not active unless I want it. Nero FAQ's don't cover this. I am happy with my current version. What are the odds that Slysoft will buy Nero? I sure am glad to see this post. I was on the verge of uninstalling several of my other programs, in thinking that they were causing conflicts. I'm sure glad I didn't buy this untested mess.
